CREMANT DE BOURGOGNE CELLARS VILLAGE OF CHARDONNAY
Our winery specialises in Chardonnay, the grape variety that goes into the Burgundy AOC white wines and the AOC Crémants de Bourgogne. All our Crémants de Bourgogne are made according to the "traditional method". Why not come along and learn more about this process by taking a tour of our cellars in the village of Chardonnay?
Lugny is the small capital of the Haut-Mâconnais area. The village of Lugny nestles at the foot of the "Montagne de Château", surrounded by steep, wooded and vine-covered slopes. Lugny's economic activity is primarily based on viticulture, its vines covering a little over a quarter of the commune's territory. Lugny and its vineyards are the perfect stopping-off point along the Mâconnais-Beaujolais wine route created in 1986, which winds it way over a distance of 60 kms through the vineyards of 9 villages in the Haut-Mâconnais.
