To wrap up the year in style, Cave de Lugny invites you on an immersive journey into the world of fine Burgundy spirits alongside our long-standing partner Maison Jacoulot.

Join Philippe Jacoulot, expert distiller and owner of the renowned Maison Jacoulot, for an evening dedicated to the art of spirit-making — with a special focus on Marc de Bourgogne. Through a hands-on tasting experience, you’ll uncover the craft, tradition and sensory depth behind some of Burgundy’s most emblematic spirits.

Explore the unique process behind this traditional mistelle, halfway between wine and liqueur. Taste several Ratafias made from different Burgundy grape varieties and learn how they express the region’s identity.
Liqueurs — The Art of Balance
Maceration or distillation? Philippe Jacoulot will reveal the secrets of aromatic harmony and texture through a guided tasting of botanical liqueurs.
